Holmes Group designed, manufactured and installed a Servery and Kitchen to suit 700 seats and a speciality coffee bar area that is linked to the in-house scratch bakery facility and the farm food hall.
The new areas have been a huge success, with exceptional increases
in sales values compared to the previous facility.
